Business development manager

Manpower client – 0G Baltics – operator of the SigFox IoT network in Lithuania and Latvia is looking for a professional to promote the business growth in Latvia.


  • Achieve sales targets
  • Prepare sales and marketing plans to achieve the short and long-term objectives
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential IoT customers
  • Identify customer needs and offer the right solution
  • Interface with teams to gain an in-depth working knowledge of all relevant products
  •  Support deployment of the territory by helping the Network Deployment team


  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in IT industry
  • Engineering degree obtained
  •  Knowledge of product market areas i.e. mobile, M2M, Internet of Things preferred
  •  Proven record of success in a sales environment
  • Experience in building and maintaining long term relationships with customers
  •  Presentation skills for customer meetings and speaker slots on events
  • Customer focused person with excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven person
  • Excellent level of Latvian and English
