Sales Representative


  • Develop and implement the strategy for the sale of packaging
  • Monitor the market, analyze the sales channels
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Provide proposals on the formation of pricing, implementation of pricing policy
  • Prepare and provide sales offers to customers, coordinate contract terms
  • Development of new products
  • Report on the implementation of the set goals


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Management, or Economics)
  • 3+ years’ sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Axapta (advantage)
  • Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented personality
  • Fluent Latvian, English and Russian (verbal and written)
  • B category driving license
