Wellness manager Baltics

Manpower client – Oriflame – a Swedish beauty brand represented in over 60 markets sells beauty and wellness products. Their team of professionals and beauty enthusiastsis being expanded and a new team member is welcomed to join!

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Train and motivate sales force across Baltics
  • Prepare presentations and training materials
  • Participate in the development of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Secure Wellness category planned sales and profitability targets reach
  • Active cooperation with Global Wellness team


  • Higher education acquired
  • At least 2 years of sales experience; B2C experience considered an
  • Previous experience of nutritional supplements sales would be an
  • Public-speaker who relates well to audience
  • Highly motivated and achievement-oriented person
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Latvian, fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Driver’s license category B
