Being responsible for all customer service functions by phone and email.
Your main tasks will be:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests, organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Maintain customer databases, communicate and coordinate with internal departments etc.
Ideal candidate will need to be fluent in English and very good in Latvian (written and spoken), with proven customer service experience, ability to work independently and participate in a teamwork, have excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge. Good customer service and social skills are essential, as well as the attention to detail and accuracy. Short sea, deep sea or road freight experience within a customer service would be considered as an advantage.
