Country Manager

Country manager’s primary task is to ensure the operational excellence of the country organization. This includes client and employee satisfaction, implementing Group strategy and development plans, profitability, and growth in Latvia.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the organization of 40+ people
  • Taking care of revenue, cash flow, budgeting and reporting
  • Taking care of relationships with clients and partners
  • Co-operating with other Country Managers and HQ
  • Implementing the Group (and Baltics) processes and procedures
  • Service process optimization and automatization
  • Ensuring the effectiveness and quality of daily production
  • Dealing with country-specific legal responsibilities

Requirements:

  • To succeed in this role, we expect you to speak very good English and Latvian and be oriented to managing people and operations
  • You are a genuine people person and know how to motivate them
  • You also have previous experience in a similar role and know what it takes to make a business grow and people be happy in their work
  • Knowledge in accounting and payroll are considered a big bonus. Having a Masters degree in economics, business management or finance is preferred
