Digital Sales Specialist

A Digital Sales Specialist is a digitally astute professional, with full ownership of accounts, proactively leverage digital networking and digital engagement to build strong, lasting relationships with the key decision-makers and influencers in these accounts.

You will:

  • Create a positive and consistent customer service experience while reducing customer’s effort
  • Ensure digital revenue goals are achieved for your assigned accounts
  • Leverage technology and social selling techniques to reach customers assigned
  • Deploy sales actions over the phone and digital tools to assigned customers
  • Prepare presentations and training about Schneider products (in Latvian/English)
  • Work closely with Marketing to nurture accounts using digital marketing capabilities available

Experience and skills:

  • Experience in digital sales at least 2 years
  • Bachelor’s degree (Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering/business administration)
  • Fluent Latvian, business English, Russian language as advantage
  • Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
  • Have good listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • You are proactive and able to take ownership and initiative

We offer:

  • Remuneration: EUR 2100-2500 gross
