Sales manager

Manpower client – international company is looking for customer oriented and dedicated sales manager.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales goals through the effective management of sales team
  • Provide day to day supervision of all sales team activities
  • Provide leadership and motivation to exceed targets, including regular market visits and team supervision
  • Close cooperation with all other departments within the company in order to achieve goals and predict future trends
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all existing and potential clients
  • Participate in negotiation process and propose new market campaigns
  • Preparation of all internal regular and ad hoc reports related to sales
  • Participate in yearly budgeting process and monitoring of sales KPI’s

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven people management skills
  • Excellent level of English and Latvian
  • Advanced MS Office user
  • Result and deadlines orientated person
  • Analytical skills, ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
