Sales Representative

MANPOWER CLIENT – STANLEY BLACK & DECKER THE WORLD LEADING PROVIDER OF TOOLS AND STORAGE, COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC SECURITY AND ENGINEERED FASTENING SYSTEMS IS LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAM MEMBER – SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling of SBD tools (power tools, hand tools and  accessories)
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships  with exiting clients and acquiring new customers
  • Optimal territory coverage using effective travel  plans and appropriate tools
  • Co-creating, implementing and executing sales plan and analyzing sales results
  • Understanding the market situation, proposing  improvements and setting new directions
  • Training and supporting the distributor sales force in Latvia
  • Cooperation with company’s HQ

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in tool / technical products sector would be an advantage
  • Acquired technical education desirable
  • Highly motivated, success driven and independent in action
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time and territory management habits
  • Creativity and innovation in building solutions
  • Very good Latvian and English skills
  • Driving license
