HR manager

Brink’s is the global leader in security and logistics services, trusted by banks, financial institutions and businesses in both public and private sectors. By acquiring majority of G4S cash operations, an HR Manager in Latvia is welcomed to join the expanding Brinks team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR advisor to all business functions
  • Create new HR related documentation and policies
  • Oversee and administer compensation and benefits procedures
  • Manage and drive internal communications to employees within the organization
  • Lead recruitment process by development of the organization’s recruitment and selection principles
  • Lead on talent development activities
  • Advise, liaise, and work closely with other department head peers
  • Act as Office Manager, by supporting department heads and business functions with administrative tasks
  • Lead by example and champion the values and behaviours of the organization to promote a culture of Safety, Continuous Improvement, Engagement, Customer Focus and Integrity

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager capacity
  • Experience working in pan-Baltic or international company is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Latvian employment law and legislation
  • Previous experience with administrative tasks and office management tasks
  • Previous experience in health and safety management
  • Strong Latvian and English language proficiency; Russian is an advantage
  • Confident and compelling communicator with all levels of the organization
  • A team player who acts with integrity and treats everyone with respect
