Production Manager
Manpower client – an international company in Liepaja – is looking forward to welcoming a new colleague Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and monitor all manufacturing activities
- Analyze production plan, prioritize tasks and allocate the necessary resources to
fulfil it and monitor the fulfilment of the production plan - Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and
suggest solutions - Make suggestions for the development of production processes
- Ensure rational use of resources and enforcement of production standards
- Lead and organize the work of the team and provide training for new employees
- Organize information circulation and communication within the unit and with other
units
Requirements:
- Higher education in Business Management or Technical field obtained
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, team management
- Experience in using LEAN methodology
- Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards will be considered an advantage
- Good Latvian and English both oral and written
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions
- Result-oriented approach
