Project Manager (Heavy & Civil Engineering)

Manpower client is a respectable Heavy & CivilEngineering Construction company carrying out the different scale of complex projects. Currently, the team in Riga is expanding and an experienced and self-reliant professional is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and instruct the Project Core Team in the day-to-day activities
- Organize project team meetings to achieve the planned results
- Coordination of Project execution
- Allocate and monitor budget execution
- Be the prime contact to Customer and Project Stakeholders, also Project Management Office
- Project reporting on status and financial performance
- Maintaining project documentation in PTD, SharePoint, G-drive
- Define and secure the support of business partners and extended project team
- Management of all communication with the Customer, Project Managers of Sub-Divisions
- Project progress tracking that involves tight communication with subcontractors
- Going on occasional business trips
- Project launch
Requirements:
- Acquired higher education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction
- 5+ years of proven experience working in power supply, railway or electrotechnical field
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Working experience either in Project Management, Engineering or Operations
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
- International experience would be highly appreciated
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills
- Demonstrated decision-making and organizational skills
- Latvian, Russian and English skills
- Driver’s license
