Customer Service center has a central role in DNB that ensures around 6 million customer interactions annually. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and advising our customers through chat and email
  • Proactively guiding customers towards the bank’s self-service solutions and directing them to the appropriate channel, in alignment with our operational guidelines, to benefit both the customer and the bank
  • Efficiently identifying and addressing customer needs, delivering accurate answers on the first contact, and fulfilling our commitments

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian (B2)
  • Relevant work experience and track record of achieving results will be considered as advantage
